1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Ezy Flow AI website and the DIY AI automation guides (each a "Guide") you purchase from us. By buying a Guide you agree to these terms. "we", "us" and "our" means Ezy Flow AI Pty Ltd, an Australian company. "you" means the customer.
2. Digital products
Our Guides are downloadable PDF documents. They are templates and instructions that show you how to set up automation in your own business. They are not a managed service, and we do not configure, host or maintain the automations for you unless a separate service is agreed in writing.
3. Pricing and GST
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is taken once at checkout through our secure payment processor. Each Guide is a one-time purchase with no ongoing subscription unless stated.
4. Delivery
Your Guide is delivered by email as a PDF download link immediately after a successful payment. If you do not receive your link, check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@ezyflowai.com.
5. Refunds
Because our Guides are digital products delivered instantly and can be copied, refunds are handled in line with the Australian Consumer Law. If a Guide is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right. Change-of-mind refunds for digital downloads that have been accessed are not guaranteed.
6. Your licence
Each Guide is licensed to you for use in your own business. You may not resell, share, redistribute or repackage the Guide or its templates. Links and setup steps inside a Guide may reference third-party tools with their own terms and fees — you are responsible for those accounts.
7. No guarantee of results
Our Guides show you how to set up automation. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, review counts, call volumes or revenue. Your results depend on how you apply the steps and your own business activity.
